Not at all. Many of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside. You do not have to be at a breaking point to deserve support. If something feels off, that is reason enough to reach out.
What can I expect in a session?
A calm, grounded conversation. We make sense of what you are carrying, notice the patterns underneath it, and work toward feeling steadier in your body and mind. There is no script, and you set the pace.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. My practice is fully online for clients across New Jersey and New York, so you can meet from wherever you feel most comfortable.
