A space to come back to yourself…

Holistic Psychotherapy for High-achieving Adults navigating Anxiety, Self-Doubt, and Emotional Overwhelm in New Jersey and New York.

You’ve learned how to hold everything together.

To show up, meet expectations, and keep moving forward, no matter how you feel inside.

But beneath the surface, there’s anxiety, overthinking, and a sense of disconnection that’s hard to ignore.
Your mind stays busy.
Self-doubt feels louder than self-trust.

And even when life appears stable, something doesn’t quite feel right.

This is often the starting point for emotional healing to begin.

Hi, I’m Erica.

My work as a therapist is deeply personal.

There was a time in my life when I struggled with body image,
self-criticism, and the pressure to be everything for everyone.
On the outside, I was functioning, but internally I felt disconnected, caught in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt.

That experience led me to my own healing journeyand shaped the way I approach therapy today.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I now support high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt.

My goals to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure.

Work With Me

A Mind-Body Approach to Anxiety, Self-Doubt, and Emotional Healing

Many approaches to therapy focus primarily on thoughts and behaviors. While that can be helpful, it often doesn’t address the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

My work integrates both the mind and body, helping you understand how your nervous system, emotional patterns, and internal responses are shaping your experience. This allows us to move beyond surface-level coping and create lasting change from the inside out.

Together, we’ll work at your pace to build awareness, regulate your emotions, and develop a more supportive relationship with yourself; without pressure, judgment, or rigid expectations.
