Helping overwhelmed moms, teachers & young adults feel calm, confident & connected again
Therapy for those who give so much and are ready to give back to themselves
Does This Sound Familiar?
You spend so much time caring for others, your family, your students, your friends. It’s easy to lose sight of yourself. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Whether you're a busy mom who never gets a break, a teacher carrying the emotional weight of your classroom, or a young adult trying to find your place in the world, you're not alone. Through holistic therapy, we’ll gently explore what’s holding you back, reconnect with your mind and body, and create space for the version of you that feels grounded, confident, and truly whole.
Hi, I’m Erica and I work with clients who:
-
but often find themselves stuck in overwhelm.
-
and tailors the work to fit their unique needs.
-
and find themselves constantly comparing their worth to others.
-
build a more peaceful, nourishing relationship with food and their body.
-
and start trusting themselves more (and others less).
-
starting with the one they have with themselves.
-
and now are ready to start taking better care of themselves.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients struggle with emotional eating, anxiety, low self-esteem, or are navigating the challenges of young adulthood. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore these experiences and help you reconnect with your inner strength, values, and self-worth.
My goal is to empower you with practical tools, compassionate support, and deeper insight so you can create meaningful shifts, not just in how you think, but in how you feel and care for yourself day-to-day. Together, we work to untangle old narratives, reduce anxiety, and build a more peaceful, empowered relationship with your body, mind, and life.
Whether you're looking to break free from the cycle of emotional eating, manage anxious thoughts, or grow through a life transition, therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more aligned and whole.
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about coming home to who you truly are.
As your therapist, I want our time together to feel meaningful and effective. That’s why it’s important to me that we find an approach that fits naturally into your life—especially if things feel full or overwhelming. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can show up just as you are. Every session might look a little different, depending on what you need that day—but many clients leave with a new insight, a fresh perspective, or a deeper understanding of themselves.
Together, we’ll create space for compassion, clarity, and lasting change.
I get how heavy this can feel, because I’ve carried it myself.
I deeply understand how painful it can be to feel uncomfortable in your own body. To avoid the mirror, to constantly compare yourself to others, and to wonder if you’ll ever be “enough.” I know what it’s like to have an unhealthy relationship with food, to chase a certain number on the scale, and to be caught in a cycle of overthinking and self-doubt.
My own path toward self-compassion and healing wasn’t quick or easy. It took time, hard work, and a lot of unlearning. That journey is what fuels my passion for this work. While our sessions won’t be about me, my experience helps me hold space for yours with deep understanding and respect. I’m here to support you, your goals, your growth, and your relationship with yourself.
As a licensed holistic psychotherapist with a background in both art education and holistic health counseling, I bring a creative, integrative approach to the therapeutic process. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an art teacher in New York City, which shaped my belief in the healing power of self-expression and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing space for growth. I’ve also worked in more formal psychiatric settings; including outpatient hospitals and day treatment programs for children and adolescents. This gave me a deep understanding of the complex emotional needs individuals carry.
Today, I center my work around holistic and mindfulness-based approaches, incorporating somatic awareness, reframing, and mind-body practices to support healing at the root. My training as a certified holistic health coach further enriches this work, allowing me to guide clients in reconnecting with themselves on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Clients have said, working with me feels like having someone in your corner who truly sees you. “She’s supportive, non-judgmental, and creates a space where you can just be yourself, no masks, no pressure.” Over time, clients start to feel more accepting of who they are and less caught up in trying to fix things they can’t control. Through our sessions clients have been able to navigate the hard stuff, especially the relationships that once felt overwhelming. “What’s surprised me the most is how much more confident I feel.” “With her guidance, I’ve learned to step outside of my comfort zone and start showing up in my life in ways I never thought I could.”
This is your invitation to stop surviving and start thriving!
You are worthy of support, healing, and a life well lived!

My Modalities/approaches
-
My holistic therapy style meets you where you are, blending talk therapy with tools that help you feel more grounded in your body and more present in your life. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with food and self-worth, or moving through a big life transition, we’ll work together to gently unravel what's been weighing you down and build a path forward that actually feels nourishing.
-
In our work together, mindfulness helps you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in the moment, without judgment. This simple yet powerful practice allows us to gently explore patterns, create space between triggers and reactions, and reconnect with the present—especially when anxiety, overwhelm, or self-criticism take over. Mindfulness isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you feel more at home in yourself.
-
This approach gently explores how your past experiences—especially early relationships—may still be shaping how you see yourself and interact with the world today. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, gain insight into your inner world, and create space for more freedom, self-compassion, and authentic connection in your present life.
