  • My approach is holistic, individualized, and always centered around you. We’ll work together to tap into your strengths and build a sense of confidence and clarity in order to help you feel more in control of your decisions and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you move through life with more ease, self-trust, and self-compassion.

I also want you to know that I’ve been where you might be now. I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and a complicated relationship with food and body image. While therapy is your space (not mine), I hold a deep understanding of how hard it can feel and how possible it is to shift. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, honest, and healing.

  • At this time I do not offer in-person therapy sessions. All sessions are currently offered online through a secure HIPPA platform. Right now I am able to accommodate online therapy to residents located in the states of New Jersey and New York.

  • Online therapy offers flexibility and convenience. You can join sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s home, work, or even your car between appointments. It’s a great option for busy schedules and makes it easier to stay consistent with your care.

All you need is a quiet, private space and a secure internet connection.

  • Our first session together is called an "intake appointment" or "initial evaluation." It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, informal way. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and I may ask some questions about your background, family history, and anything else that feels relevant to your care. You’re always welcome to share only what feels comfortable.

Ongoing therapy sessions typically last between 45 minutes to one hour.

  • The length and frequency of therapy look different for everyone, there’s no one-size-fits-all. That said, I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions. Meeting consistently in the beginning helps us build a strong therapeutic relationship and gives us momentum as we begin our work together.

As we move forward, we’ll check in regularly on your progress and adjust the frequency of sessions based on your needs. Some clients continue with weekly sessions, while others shift to bi-weekly or another rhythm that feels right for them.

  • Fees are the following:

    • For an initial evaluation session: $200

    • For a regular 60 min. session: $175

    • For a regular 45 min. session: $150

Sliding Scale is available to individuals without insurance or based on need (this is dependent upon availability). Contact me to learn more.

  • As of January 1, 2022, a new Federal law was passed called the "No Surprises Act" in which you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit this link https://www.cms.gov/ or call 1-800-985-3059.

*All private cash pay clients will receive an individual Good Faith Estimate prior to their appointment after an agreed upon rate
