Can you Relate?

Your friends think you’ve got it all figured out.
But on the inside, you feel like you don’t always fit.

Life used to feel more predictable. School, friends, activities. Now, everything’s more complicated. You’re juggling responsibilities, trying to keep up, and feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to be the best at everything..the best student, employee, child, athlete, friend.

You keep pushing forward because that’s what you’ve always done. But somewhere along the way, your own needs slipped to the bottom of the list.

You’ve started questioning your choices, your direction, and even yourself. The future feels uncertain and honestly, a little scary. Sometimes, you wish time would just slow down.

Being a young adult is hard. Even with support around you, it can still feel lonely. You’re expected to figure out who you are, what you want, and how to balance it all.

You're craving independence, clarity, and confidence.
You're ready to find your voice… and trust it.

Find your voice. Create a life that actually feels like yours.

Let’s turn self-doubt into self discovery.

Let’s Explore How To:

  • not just what others expect.

  • with more clarity and confidence.

  • in order to improve interpersonal relationships.

  • without needing to prove anything or be perfect.

  • by challenging negative thoughts.

  • that leaves room for rest, joy, and growth.

Holistic Therapy for Young Adults Seeking Real Change

A different kind of support to help you find your voice and your own way.

My work with young adults is rooted in a holistic, compassionate approach. We’ll explore the mind-body connection so you can better understand what your thoughts, emotions, and physical cues are really trying to tell you. Together, we’ll tune into that inner voice, not the loud, critical one, but the one that knows your truth, and learn how to quiet self-doubt, shift negative thinking. You'll gain real, practical tools to help you manage difficult emotions, communicate more openly, and set boundaries that actually support your well-being, not drain it.

I know this stage of life can feel like you’re standing on shaky ground with pressure coming from every direction. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

Sometimes just having someone neutral, someone outside of your circle, to really listen and reflect things back to you makes all the difference. Therapy is your space to be fully seen, heard, and supported, without judgment or expectations. Our work will be tailored to you, your goals, your pace, your voice.

If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed and more grounded in who you are, welcome. You’re in the right place.

  • Yes. What you share in therapy is private and confidential. This is your space to talk openly—without judgment and without it being shared with anyone else.

There are just a few exceptions to confidentiality, like if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if it’s required by law (such as in cases of abuse). If anything like that ever comes up, I’ll talk with you about it first so you’re never caught off guard.

Your trust is incredibly important, and I’m here to honor and protect it.

  • If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just not like yourself—and you’re not sure how to move forward—therapy can help.

You don’t have to be in a crisis to benefit from support. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, questioning your path, struggling with confidence, or carrying stress that won’t seem to go away. Or maybe you just want a safe space to talk things out and better understand yourself.

Therapy is for anyone who wants to grow, feel more grounded, and learn new ways to cope with the challenges life throws at us. If you’ve even thought about it, that’s usually a sign that you’re ready for something to shift.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

  • Anything that’s on your mind is welcome here. There’s no “right” or “wrong” thing to bring into therapy.

We might talk about things like:

    • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed

    • Self-doubt, low self-esteem, or perfectionism

    • Life transitions (college, graduation, job changes, moving out)

    • Family or relationship challenges

    • Setting boundaries and speaking up for your needs

    • Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure about the future

    • Identity, self-worth, and finding your voice

Some sessions may focus on big emotions, while others might just be about untangling the day-to-day stressors. Wherever you’re at, this space is here for you!
