A space to come back to yourself…

Holistic psychotherapy for high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm in New Jersey and New York.

You’ve learned how to hold everything together.

You show up. You achieve. You keep going.
But internally, it can feel overwhelming, anxious, or disconnected.

Your mind doesn’t slow down.
You question yourself more than you trust yourself.
And even when life looks fine on the outside, something still feels off.

This is often where emotional healing begins.

My work as a therapist is deeply personal.

There was a time in my life when I struggled with body image,
self-criticism, and the pressure to be everything for everyone.
On the outside, I was functioning, but internally I felt disconnected, caught in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt.

That experience led me to my own healing journey and shaped the way I approach therapy today.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I now support high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure.

Hi, I’m Erica.

My Approach

My work is rooted in holistic psychotherapy, integrating emotional awareness, nervous system support, and mind-body healing.

Together, we explore the patterns behind anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt while building the tools you need to feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally aligned.

This is not about fixing you.
It is about helping you understand yourself in a way that creates lasting change.

What You May Be Wondering?

  • My approach is holistic and supportive, focusing on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical experience. Together, we explore patterns, build awareness, and help you feel more grounded and aligned.

  • I work with high-achieving adults who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected internally, even when they appear to have everything together on the outside.

  • Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, I help you understand the deeper patterns behind anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt so the changes you experience feel more lasting and meaningful.

  • Not at all. Many clients come in unsure or feeling stuck. Therapy can be a space to explore what’s coming up and gain clarity over time.

  • You can begin by booking a consultation. It’s a simple, supportive way to see if this feels like the right fit for you.

You don’t have to keep navigating this on your own.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself, this is a space where that can begin.
